3-clicks of separation….FROM WHITEHORSE!

The other day, I was learning Adobe InDesign for a short project at work. I needed to figure out the pagination. (Being a tech writer…I checked the online help first. I believe if you can read, you can do anything. But that can be another topic for another blog entry another time.)

So…I couldn’t find what I needed to know in the online help, so I googled (with a capital G?): “Suppress pages in Adobe InDesign.” I don’t know which link I clicked on first, but I remember it was somebody’s blog. I always scan blogs for interesting information. I noticed a link to Expression Engine.

I’m interested in publishing platforms. I’m interested in knowing what the options are out there. I’m just interested. So I click on the Expression Engine link….

And the testimonial is from Geoff Harris (of our own UrbanYukon) and of course, Subvert Marketing.

Geoff Harris Expression Engine Interview

How random I search for help on suppressing page numbers in Adobe InDesign, and I find a connection to Whitehorse.
